My definition of religion and the church might be a little different. Possibly my opinion is a bit more like philosophy. In my fictional city of Curbside there is an Old and New Testament, but religion is more like a series of laws that must always be questioned and updated. I went to church a little while ago and disagreed with one of the sermons. It was the one about the three servants where one uses his money to get into a business one hides the money and one puts it into a bank. If you have a large amount of money you can invest in your own or someone else’s business, if it’s a small amount of money banks will take it all away with service charges and won’t allow you to get loans. If you put all your money on an investment and lose it all because of a mortgage crisis than maybe it’s better putting it all in a hole. Can you really trust a bank? They’re just greedy people who manipulate the markets, no one police’s them and they rarely get caught stealing billions of dollars every year from hard working people. I don’t know how I’d change the sermon, but I do know that in my fictional story there would be a different take on it.

Never done a url see if it works.
